Parting with books is never easy; that is why collections, inevitably, tend to outgrow their allotted space. Now a more particular approach is required.

Tantalus Books specialises in Folio Society editions — collected new when first published and unread. Based in Kinsale, Ireland, we also carry Franklin Library editions, early printed books, and a carefully chosen selection of antiquarian and rare titles.

All books are in fine to very fine condition unless otherwise stated, stored in a smoke-free environment. We ship worldwide.

I look forward to helping fellow book-lovers fill gaps on their own shelves…
